The T13B3 had a larger chassis and a fully enclosed driving position giving it the appearance of a small tank.It’s 47mm gun gave it an anti tank performance not dissimilar to the German Jagdpanzer I. Apart from the Chassuer Ardennasie a few (as few as 6)T13sguns were deployed with each division. Not enough to make a difference during the german invasion.
