Turnaround times
While we endeavour to get items out as quickly as possible, we remain (despite appearances!) a small company with the majority of people involved working full time in other jobs and covering things in their spare time. Therefore, please bear with us if your order takes a little longer to process than expected! We generally state to allow 28 days from the date of order, in case of pressure of workload, staff absence/sickness, etc but often turn orders around much faster.
Shipping
UK postal systems currently work on a system of ‘volumetric weight’, meaning that the postal charge is calculated based on bulk rather than weight. This causes problems with the shipping of our modular tiles, which are light in weight but bulky. As a consequence we have had to creat a two tier postal system. If your order includes any of our modular tiles you will need to check the tile shipping option. If you have NO tiles in your order, please choose the second option.
Shipping prices are clearly indicated in your shopping cart prior to final checkout. However if you think our system has gone a little mad with the shipping please do contact us and we will see what we can do.
Stock Policy
Most items are produced to order, to ensure the latest version and best quality is supplied. Should an item not be available we will notify you and endeavour to fill the order as soon as possible. This can particularly be an issue if we have to advertise items in the wargames press as the lead time between placing an advert and production can sometimes result in the advert being out before the item is available – with new items please be patient! We do not process cheques or credit cards before items are sent. However Paypal payments are taken at the point of order.
Returns
In the event that you need to return an item, either under the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or because of a fault, please see our Terms and Conditions.
