Behind the Scenes: A Sneak Peek at Our Projects

I wanted to update you on what’s been happening behind the scenes. I have been working on a variety of projects lately and I thought it would be great to share some insights with you. So, starting from today, I will be posting each Wednesday to keep you informed.

Each week, you can expect a sneak peek into the projects on my workbench. I’ll give you a closer look at what I’ve been working on, the challenges I’ve faced, and the progress made so far. You’ll get an inside view of the creative process and the exciting things happening in the background.

But that’s not all – I value your input and feedback greatly. If there is anything specific you’d like to see added to the ranges or if you have any suggestions, I encourage you to leave a comment on these posts, engage with me on social media, or send me an email. Your feedback will help shape future projects.

So stay tuned for the weekly updates and I can’t wait to hear your thoughts and ideas.

This week’s workbench

The items on the bench this week are getting ready for new pictures for the website. Some of the images are nearly 10 years old!

So definitely time for an update.

On my workbench this week, I have been preparing the items for the new pictures. In the photo you can see markers that indicate if troops are ‘dug in’, a mortar pit/gun emplacement, some mine fields, and other generic bits to enhance the appearance of your battlefield.

To make these items look even more realistic, I have been experimenting with Vallejo mud effect paints. I’m hoping that the finished results will look great.
